Best Chargers for Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, S9 Plus in 2024

(Last Updated On: December 1, 2023)

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 is the top-tier Android tablet to own. The Tab S9 has some of the best specs you could ask for. One of the most notable parts of the highest-tier Tab S9 Ultra is its size; many other reviewers have mentioned that the tablet is huge.

With how powerful and high-priced the Tab S9 is, it’s a letdown to know that a charger is not included in the box. This trend of no longer including a charger in the box has been a step back, considering we’re still spending heavily on these devices. I have put together a few chargers that would work well with the Galaxy Tab S9, as these will fast charge the tablet.

Baseus 140W 3 Port Charger

This Baseus 140W charger is the only charger you’ll need to own for a while, that’s because the charger has a 140W max output. You can use a total of 140W of Power Delivery when charging a single device from the USB-C 1 port; however, the most important is that you can super fast charge your Tab S9 from the C-1 port at 45W.

Even when dual charging, such as two devices from the C-1 and C-2, this charger can still output 45W PPS and 25W PPS fast charging simultaneously. This still allows you to fast charge your Tab S9 from the C-1 port, and if you have a Galaxy S20 phone or later, you can super fast charge your phone from the C-2 port simultaneously. Three-port charging will let you fast charge your Tab S9 from the C-1 port, but the PPS charge rate will likely drop. For more insights, read my review article or watch my video review of the Baseus 140W 3 Port Charger.

UGREEN Nexode 45W 2 Port Charger

If you want a more minimal type of charger, then this UGREEN Nexode 45W charger is a good choice. The charger has a 45W max output, and you can use the total 45W when charging a single device at a time; also, the 45W PPS charge rate is available when charging one device. When charging two devices simultaneously, the power split between the USB-C ports is 25W and 20W of Power Delivery. So you will lose being able to charge your Tab S9 at max speed, but you can at least fast charge it enough while also having one other device charging.

Also, to ensure that your Tab S9 gets the 25W charge rate when charging two devices, you must ensure that your Tab S9 is plugged in first. Discover more details by reading my review article or watching my video review of the UGREEN Nexode 45W 2 Port Charger.

Oraimo 120W 4 Port Charger

This Oraimo charger that I reviewed is an interesting one because the charger has 120W max output, so this is a little bit more power that you’re getting than most of the 100W chargers on the market. PPS super fast charging is possible from USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 on this charger; this lets you charge your Tab S9 at max speed, but only if you’re charging it alone. Single port charging may be the best for your Tab S9, but when charging four devices, each of the three USB-C ports on this charger can still fast charge your Tab S9 to some extent. Check out my review article or video review for an in-depth look at the Oraimo 120W 4 Port Charger.

VOLTME 100W 3 Port Charger

This VOLTME 100W charger is more on the minimal side, but it still offers excellent charging power for your Tab S9, with the charger having a 100W max output, two USB-C ports, and a single USB-A port. When charging your tablet alone, you can super fast charge Tab S9 from the USB-C 1 or 2 ports. When charging from two USB-C ports at the same time, the C-1 port outputs 65W, and the C-2 port outputs 30W; in this case, it doesn’t matter what port you can use to fast charge your Tab S9, as the PPS charge rate is gone but you can at least fast charge your Tab S9 but it won’t charge at max speed.

Also, if you’re charging three devices simultaneously, charging your Tab S9 from the USB-C 1 port is best because the C-2 and the USB-A ports will output 12W at that time. Find out more by reading my review article or viewing my video review of the VOLTME 100W 3 Port Charger.

Baseus Blade 100W Power Bank

If you want to use a power bank to charge your Tab S9, I recommend using a high-capacity one, as the Tab S9 has a huge battery no matter what model you’re using. This Baseus Blade has a 20,000mA battery capacity that can deliver about a single full charge for the tablet, and that’s a lot considering the Tab S9 Ultra has an 11,200mAh battery.

Also, you can fast charge the Tab S9 from this power bank because it has a 100W Power Delivery output from either of its USB-C ports and features two USB-A Quick Charge ports. Read my review article or watch my video review for additional details on the Baseus Blade 100W Power Bank.

ROMOSS PEA30 30,000mAh Power Bank

This ROMOSS PEA30 power bank has even more capacity than the Baseus Blade power bank I mentioned, with this charger having a 30,000mAh battery capacity. So you could have your Galaxy Tab S9 to full power once and still have spare capacity to use later. 30W of Power Delivery is available from the USB-C port, which lets you fast charge your Tab S9; however, know that if you’re charging three devices at the same time, then the max output of the charger does drop. This PEA30 power bank is accessible, with three input ports, but I recommend recharging it from the USB-C port to get the fastest 30W recharge speed. iWalk LinkPod USB-C Mini Power Bank

Another power bank I wanted to recommend is this iWalk LinkPod charger with a 4,800mAh battery capacity. Yes, this is not a tablet-friendly power bank, but if you need to charge your Tab S9 in a pinch, this is a good choice as it can add a few hours of runtime. Also, this power bank doesn’t require a charging cable because it uses a built-in USB-C connector that you can just input into the port on the Tab S9. Also, the built-in USB-C connector can be used to recharge the power bank by plugging it into a USB-C port on a wall charger. Baseus 160W Car Charger

If you’re searching for a car charger that can fast charge your Galaxy Tab S9 while you drive, this Basus 160W car charger may be the only one you will ever need. The charger has 160W max output, features two USB-C ports, and a single USB-A port. The USB-C 1 port has a 100W output, and the USB-C 2 port has a 30W output. I recommend charging from the C-1 port alone on this car charger to make the most of the PPS super fast charging for your Tab S9. This car charger does come with a USB-C to USB-C charging cable in the box. Learn more by reading my review article or viewing my video review of the Baseus 160W Car Charger.
