Best Chargers for Google Pixel 7a in 2024

(Last Updated On: December 7, 2023)

The Google Pixel 7a brought another round of increment improvements over previous models, with this one using a 90Hz screen and upgraded cameras. They even added wireless charging to the Pixel 7a, which, if we’re being honest, should have been added a long time ago. That said, since we live in modern times, you will not be getting a charger in the box with the 7a, and you will need a fast charger to fill up the 4,385mAh battery of the Pixel 7a.

In this guide, I’m covering chargers that you can use to fast charge the Google Pixel 7a, in case you already don’t have one and want one that can also charge other devices simultaneously.

Baseus 30W USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger

One of the simplest chargers from a well-known brand called Baseus, this Baseus charger has a USB-C and a USB-A port. The max output of this charger is 30W, with the USB-C port outputting 18W and the USB-A port outputting 12W. So you can fast charge Pixel 7a from the USB-C port while charging an additional device using the USB-A port. The charger is also tiny, with dimensions being only one inch, and it uses a foldable plug. Read my review article for more insights.

VOLTME 100W 4 Port Power Delivery Wall Charger

If you have a USB-C chargeable laptop and want a universal charger to charge your Pixel 7a, this VOLTME 100W charger will serve you well. The charger has a 100W max output, and you can use the full 100W from either of the USB-C ports when charging a single device.

So if you have a laptop that you want to charge, I recommend charging it from USB-C 1 and charging your Pixel 7a from the USB-C 2 port that will output 30W; that’s more than enough charging power for fast charging your Pixel 7a. That said, fast charging will be lost from the USB-A and the USB-C 2 ports when charging three devices simultaneously. For a detailed analysis, read my review article or watch my video review of the VOLTME 100W 4 Port Power Delivery Wall Charger.

VOLTME 30W Dual USB-C Power Delivery Fast Charger

This VOLTME 30W charger is similar to the previous Baseus 30W charger I mentioned, with this one having two charging ports, but this VOLTME has two USB-C ports. You can use the full 30W of Power Delivery if you charge a single device. So fast charging your Pixel 7a can be done if you charge it alone with this charger.

That said, if you’re charging two devices simultaneously, the max output becomes 15W, and you won’t be able to fast charge your Pixel 7a. This VOLTME 30W charger is also tiny, with a 1-inch size all around, and it uses foldable plugs; this is why GaN tech is awesome. MOMAX 4 Port 100W USB-C Charging Station

If you want a 100W charger with four charging ports and a desktop charger form factor, meaning the charger uses a power cord, then I’d recommend this MOMAX desktop charger. This charger has a 100W max output, and you can use the full 100W if you’re charging a single device at a time. The USB-A ports can output 22.5W when charging a single device.

The best part about charging your Pixel 7a from this charger is that four devices are charging simultaneously and fast charging your Google Pixel 7a from the USB-C 1 or the USB-C 2 port. While charing your Pixel, you can also have a laptop charging. Check out my review article or video review for an in-depth look at the MOMAX 4 Port 100W USB-C Charging Station.

INIU 15W Wireless Charging Stand

Wireless charging may not be your preferred method of charging your Google Pixel because the charging speed is slow. That said, setting your phone down and charging is convenient. This INIU wireless charging stand is also different than others because it’s raised and lets you change the vertical angle of the charger.

The design is better to use than a standard wireless charging pad, and you also get 7.5W of fast wireless charging for your Pixel 7a. A USB-C port powers the charger. Find more details in my review article or video review of the INIU 15W Wireless Charging Stand.

Alxum 15W Wireless Car Charger

If you want to wirelessly charge your Google Pixel 7a while driving and use a car mount simultaneously for navigation app purposes, this Alxum wireless charger is pretty neat. The wireless charging speed of 7.5W for your Pixel 7a isn’t the special part.

The special part about this charger is the design of having motorized holds that automatically grip your phone when you place your phone on the charger, and then you can press a button to release those holders. Also, this car charger comes with two mount options: an AC mount and a dashboard mount.

As a reminder, you will need a car charger to power this wireless charger via its USB-C input port. Learn more by reading my review article or watching my Alxum 15W Wireless Car Charger video review.

Anker PowerDrive Speed+ 2 Car Charger

For fast car charging your Pixel 7a,  I recommend this Anker PowerDrive+ 2 car charger. The charger has a USB-C and USB-A port, and the max output of the charger is 49.5W. The USB-C port outputs 30W from the USB-C port, and the USB-A port can output 19.5W. This means you can fast charge your Google Pixel 7a from the USB-C port while fast charging another phone from the USB-A port.
