Best Chargers for Samsung Galaxy A53 in 2024

(Last Updated On: December 13, 2023)

The Samsung Galaxy A53 can be the perfect phone for most people. However, it’s not considered as most consumers always look out for the top-tier model of phones from Samsung. That’s a shame because the new Galaxy A53 5G is a mid-tier budget phone that doesn’t compromise on its specs, even if it does come at a lower price. Of course, as you could have noticed, we mentioned that the 2022 Galaxy A53 does feature 5G, and you also get Samsung’s Super AMOLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate screen. Flagship phones released a few years ago did not feature a 120Hz screen, but this A53 is incredible.

One of the non-noticeable parts of the Galaxy A53 is that it features a massive 5,000mAh battery that can last a while, but when recharging the phone, you will want to use a fast charger. The downside is that the Galaxy A53 doesn’t come with a charger. This guide covers fast chargers you should consider using to charge your Galaxy A53 at max speed.

Baseus SuperSi 30W USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger

It’s important to know that the Galaxy A53 has a 25W max charging speed, and that charge rate is achieved by using a 25W PPS Power Delivery charger, which is precisely the type of charger we’ve included in this guide. The first charger we want to recommend is a Baseus SuperSi 30W wall charger with two ports. It features a USB-C and USB-A port, and you can use the full 30W of the charger if you only charge from the USB-C port.

This means you charge your Galaxy A53 fast when charging from the USB-C port alone. If you’re charging two devices simultaneously, the max 30W output gets split, the USB-C port outputs 18W, and the USB-A port outputs 12W. An 18W charge rate can still fast charge your A53, but it won’t charge its max speed.

The size of this charger is small, and portability is made easier with its foldable plug. Read my review article for an in-depth look at the Baseus SuperSi 30W Charger’s performance.

KOVOL Sprint 40W Dual USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger

A bit of a step up from the previous Baseus charger, this KOVOL Sprint wall charger has a 40W max output and features two USB-C Power Delivery ports. You can use the total 40W when charging from a single port, which lets you utilize its 25W PPS fast charging for the Galaxy A53. Even when charging two devices simultaneously, each USB-C port can output 20W. So you won’t be able to charge your Galaxy A53 at its max charging speed when charging two devices, but it comes close; also, you can fast-charge another phone simultaneously.

UGREEN 65W 2-Port USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger

Going higher on the charging power, this UGREEN wall charger has a 65W max output and two USB-C Power Delivery ports. This charger may be more than what you’re looking for, but it can be helpful to charge USB-C laptops or tablets while also charging your Galaxy A53. If you’re only charging a single device, you can use the total 65W of Power Delivery, which can fast charge your Galaxy A53.

Charging two devices splits the max 65W output to a 45W and 20W output from either USB-C port so that you can charge a laptop from the 45W USB-C port and your A53 from the 20W port. Check out my review article for a comprehensive analysis of the UGREEN 65W Charger.

Hyphen-X 100W 4-Port Power Delivery Wall Charger

This Hyphen-X 100W power delivery wall charger may be too much when charging the Galaxy A53, but it’s the best charger if you want many options and no compromise. The Hyphen-X charger has two USB-C Power Delivery ports and two USB-A Quick Charge ports. You can use the 100W max output of the charger if you’re charging a single device via USB-C 1 or USB-C 2. Charging two devices splits the 100W output between the USB-C ports with a 65W and 30W power split.

Even charging four devices gives you plenty of charging power, with USB-C 1 outputting 45W, USB-C 2 outputting 30W, and USB-A ports outputting 7.5W. So even if you’re charging four devices, you can still fast charge your Galaxy A53 via the USB-C 2 port, charge a laptop via USB-C 1, and charge an additional two phones from the two USB-A ports. Delve deeper into the features of the Hyphen-X 100W Charger by reading my review article.

UGREEN 45W Nexode 2 Port GaN Mini PD Wall Charger

Another simple charger from UGREEN is their 45W two-port USB-C wall charger. This charger has equivalent USB-C ports, and if you’re charging a single device from either of the ports, you can get a 45W output. That’s more than enough to fast charge your Galaxy A53.

Even when charging two devices, the power split from the two USB-C ports is a 25W and 20W power output. To ensure that your Galaxy A53 receives 25W, plug in your A53 first. This is a simple small charger, and it’s very tiny because it has 1-inch dimensions. Discover the capabilities of the UGREEN 45W Charger in my full review article or video.

Baseus Blade 20,000mAh 100W 4-Port PD Power Bank

This Baseus power bank is overboard in charging the Samsung Galaxy A53, but it can be the only power bank you’ll need for years because of its capability. This Baseus Blade power bank has a 20,000mAh power capacity that can charge the Galaxy A53 to full power about three times if that’s the only device you’re charging with the Baseus power bank. A 20,000mAh power capacity can also help charge laptops to full power.

Charging is impressive because this power bank has a 100W max output and features two USB-C Power delivery ports and two USB-A Quick Charge ports. One of the USB-C ports has a 100W output, which you can fully use 100W of power if you’re only charging a single device, and the other USB-C port has a 45W output. This is the main reason why this is the ultimate futureproof power bank. You can fast charge your Galaxy A53 from the 45W USB-C port while charging a laptop from the 100W USB-C port and still charge an additional two phones from the two USB-A Quick Charge ports.
