The new Samsung Galaxy S23 brings what you can expect, meaning that you’re getting better specs, and that’s really about it. Yes, I know, I don’t sound too excited, and nobody is anymore. New models for phones that come out each year are slightly improved versions from the last year; yes, you’re getting the latest and best tech possible; the Galaxy S23 looks incredible and is blazing fast, but what matters most this year is the battery size for each of the models and the fast charging that you will need.
The base S23 is compatible with 25W fast charging, while the S23 Plus and the S23 Ultra are compatible with 45W fast charging. Add in the larger batteries needed to make up for the enhanced power; you will need a fast charger for these new Samsung phones.
In this guide, I’m covering chargers you can use to charge your Galaxy 23, ranging from wall chargers to power banks and car chargers.
VOLTME 140W PD 3.1 3 Port USB-C Wall Charger
I’m going to start strong by recommending this VOLTME 140W wall charger. This charger isn’t the lowest price, and if you’re looking to charge your S23, you may also want to charge other devices simultaneously; perhaps you have a USB-C chargeable laptop. This VOLTME wall charger is one type of charger that can be used to charge nearly all your devices.
The VOLTME charger has a max 140W output, and you can use the full power if you’re charging a single device from USB-C 1. Regarding fast charging your S23 Plus or S23 Ultra model, you can use either USB-C 1 or USB-C 2. Both USB-C ports feature PPS super fast charging that can deliver either 25W or 45W.
Even when charging from both USB-C ports simultaneously, each USB-C port can still output 65W; this leaves more than enough power to fast charge your phone and charge a laptop. You can still fast charge your S23 even when charging three devices simultaneously because USB-C 1 will output 65W, USB-C 2 will output 45W, and the USB-A port will output 22.5W.
In addition to the high power output, this VOLTME wall charger also uses GaN III, which allows it to be tiny and still output tons of power. This is a good choice if you want an all-in-one type of charger.

UGREEN Nexode 45W Dual USB-C PD Wall Charger
On the lower port and size side, this UGREEN 45W Nexode wall charger is recommended if you want to fast charge your S23 and be able to fast charge another phone, too. So this wall charger has a max output of 45W, and you can fully use the 45W when charging a single device from either of the ports. If you want to super fast charge your Galaxy S23 Plus or S23 Ultra, you must charge them with this wall charger.
When it comes to charging two devices at the same time, there’s a 20W and 25W split of power; in this case, you can only super fast charge your S23 at 25W, and in my review for this UGREEN Nexode charger, I found that the first device that you plug in is the device that takes the priority for faster charging. Therefore, if you want to fast charge your S23, you must plug it in first and then plug in another device.
On the size side, this wall charger is very small with a cube form factor, and it has a foldable plug that makes portability easier.

Baseus 3 Port 65W Power Delivery Wall Charger
It comes with the same amount of ports as the VOLTME charger I recommended but with a much lower price and lower output; this Basues charger is still very reliable for fast charging your S23. This charger has two USB-C PD ports and a single USB-A port. Charging power changes depending on how many devices you’re charging; charging a single device from either USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 will result in a 65W output, but if you’re charging from USB-C 1 and USB-C 2, then you’ll get a 45W and 18W output.
Charging from all three of the ports at the same time will result in a 45W output from USB-C 1, while USB-C 2 and the USB-A port will share 15W. Even when charging three devices, you can still use USB-C 1 to super fast charge any of the Galaxy S23 models.
The size of this charger is small, and it comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable included in the box.

UGREEN 100W 4 Port Power Delivery Desktop Charger
If you want the easier placement of the device you’re charging, I recommend this UGREEN 100W desktop charger. The difference between a wall charger and a desktop charger is that a desktop charger has a power cord, while a wall charger has a built-in AC adapter. So desktop charger makes it easier to place the charger where you want it.
This UGREEN desktop charger has a 100W max output and features three USB-C ports and a single USB-A port. You can use the total 100W if you’re charging a single device from USB-C 1 or USB-C 2. USB-C 3 and the USB-A port can output 22.5W. No matter how many devices you’re charging simultaneously, you’re still able to super fast charge your Galaxy S23 at 25W via USB-C 1 or USB-C 2; for super fast charging, the S23 Plus or the S23 Ultra, you should use the USB-C 1 port only.

Baseus Blade 20,000mAh 100W PD Power Bank
For portable, fast charging, this Baseus Blade power bank will serve you well for fast charging your Galaxy S23. The power bank has a 20,000mAh capacity, and if we consider the S23 Ultra battery’s 5,000mAh capacity, you will be able to charge the Ultra model to full power about three times before needing to recharge this power bank.
This power bank has two USB-C and two USB-A ports on the charging power side. The USB-C ports feature 100W, and the USB-A ports have a 30W output. You can use either of the USB-C ports to fast charge your S23. The recharging is just as good as the output because this power bank has a 65W input speed, so I highly recommend using a 65W PD wall charger to recharge it with.
At the top of the power bank is a screen that shows the capacity, voltage, amperage, and even the estimated runtime for the power bank; not many other power banks feature that.

iWalk LinkPod 4,800mAh USB-C Mini Power Bank
If you don’t care about the fastest charging possible for your S23 or being able to charge it to full power multiple times with a power bank, then this iWalk LinkPod power bank could be for you. This mini power bank has a 4,800mAh capacity, so that you will get close to a full power recharge for any of the S23 models, but it won’t be able to recharge Galaxy S23 fully.
The only way to charge from this iWalk power bank is from the USB-C connector. It has an 18W Power Delivery charging speed, which will be able to fast charge the S23 but not super fast charge it. Recharging for the LinkPod power bank is done via the USB-C connector or the USB-C input port and has an 18W input speed.
The main reason to get a mini power ban like this one is the ease of portability and how when you plug this power bank into your S23, it becomes a part of your phone and makes it easy to charge and use simultaneously.

Baseus 65W Super Fast Car Charger
If you want to super fast charge your Galaxy S23 while driving, this Baseus car charger is a good choice.
