The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is here, and it may very well be the first foldable smartphone you may consider getting because it has improved on quite a few things since the first Galaxy Z Flip. The Z Flip 3 uses the latest Snapdragon 888 processor that makes the phone 5G enabled, and you get 8GB to ensure that the phone doesn’t slow down no matter how many apps you have open at the same time. Of course, you get Samsung’s popular Super AMOLED display that can do a 120Hz refresh rate, and this is all being done on a foldable phone. To back up all this performance and high specs, the Z Flip 3 uses a 3,300mAh battery, which is small considering that most phones have 4,000mAh battery sizes or larger.
As great as the specs of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 are, there is one pretty large flaw, and that would be the fast charging. The Z Flip 3 can fast-charge at 15W, which is not very fast compared to other smartphones, and it doesn’t even hit the more regular 18W Power Delivery charge rate. Also, this Z Flip 3 is 25W Programmable Power Supply (PPS) fast charging compatible as the Samsung Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy S21 is.
In this guide, we’re covering the chargers that will provide you with the best charging for your Galaxy Z Flip 3.
SAIL01 65W Dual USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger
Oh, would you look at that! It’s our SAIL01 65W Power Delivery wall charger. The SAIL01 charger may be more than what you’re looking for, but it’s also a way of future-proofing your charging needs because of its two USB-C PD ports.
If you’re charging only a single device via USB-C 2, then the charger can output 65W. USB-C 1 is the port you’ll want to use to charge your Galaxy Z Flip 3 because it has an 18W charging speed. If you’re charging two devices at the same time, then USB-C 2 outputs 45W, and USB-C 1 outputs 18W; this way, you can fast-charge your Z Flip 3 and charge a smartphone at the same time.
USB-C 2 also features 25W PPS fast charging for certain Samsung phones to charge faster.
The SAIL01 charger uses GaN that enables the charger to output more charging power while still being small. This is why the charger only has a length/width of 2 inches and a thickness of 1 inch. Included in the box with the SAIL01 65W charger is a USB-C to USB-C cable that lets you start charging right out of the box.
SINDOX Dual 20W USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger
On the more simple side, though, we recommend this SINDOX dual USB-C Power Delivery wall charger with all of its dimensions of 1 inch. This tiny wall charger can charge your Samsung Z Flip 3 either with its USB-C Power Delivery or USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 port. The Power Delivery port can output 20W, and the USB-A port can output 18W. We recommend using the USB-C port to fast charge your Z Flip 3 because a USB-C to USB-C charging connection yields better-charging results.
That said, the flaw with this SINDOX charger is that you can only fast charge a single device at a time; that’s because the max output of the charger is 20W; therefore, charging two devices simultaneously results in regular charging for both devices.
Also, if you don’t need two ports and want a single port 20W Power Delivery wall charger, SINDOX has a single port USB-C charger version. It’s just as small as this and lets you fast charge your Samsung phone.

iSmart (RAVPower) 65W 4-Port USB-C Power Delivery Desktop Charger
If you need more ports and still want to charge your Galaxy Z Flip 3, we recommend this iSmart desktop charger. The charger has four ports, with two USB-C Power Delivery ports and two USB-A Quick Charge ports. The max output of the charger is 65W; if you’re charging from both USB-C PD ports, then one port can output 45W, and the other one will output 18W. This allows you to charge a laptop and fast charge your Galaxy phone.
Charging four devices simultaneously does split the charging power quite a bit, and you may not be able to charge a laptop.
In addition to the charging power, the design of a desktop charger may be better than a wall charger because this one uses a power cord rather than a built-in AC adapter. This allows you more flexibility that lets you place the charger where you want.

|Both USB-C Ports||5V/3A | 9V/3A | 15V/3A | 20V/5A (100W Max. Per Port)|

|Input||100 - 240V - 50/60Hz 2.5A Max.|

UGREEN 100W GaN USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger
On the other hand, if you want a more compact charger that can deliver lots of charging power with multiple ports, this UGREEN GaN 100W wall charger may be a good choice. This UGREEN charger may be over the top as it’s able to output so much power; there are two USB-C Power Delivery ports and two USB-A ports. If you’re charging from USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 alone, then either of them can output 100W.
Charging two devices from USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 results in a 65W and 30W split of power. Charging four devices gets you 45W for USB-C 1, 30W from USB-C 2, and 10W from both USB-A ports. So no matter how many devices you’re charging, you can still fast charge your Z Flip 3.
The size of the charger is incredibly small. Consider its power output because it has a length/width of 2.6 inches and a thickness of 1 inch.

Odec 20,000mAh 20W USB-C Portable Charger
A Higher capacity power bank is more of the capacity you should be aiming for when it comes to charging your Galaxy Z Flip 3 because the phone has a large battery and uses a lot of power. Therefore, using a higher-capacity power bank makes it so that you can keep using the power bank for a few days without needing to recharge it.
This Odec portable charger is a great one to get because it has a 20,000mAh power capacity that can charge your Z Flip 3 to full power about four times. You can also charge other devices simultaneously because the power bank uses three ports; one USB-C Power Delivery port and two USB-A Quick Charge ports.
The Power Delivery port can output 20W for iPhones and 18W for Android smartphones. Basically, you can fast-charge your Z Flip 3 with the USB-C port. You can also fast charge your phone with the USB-A ports. Fast charging may not happen if you’re charging three devices because the output of this power bank is 20W, so charging three devices splits the charging speed among the devices that are charging.
The box includes a USB-C to USB-C cable that lets you start using the power bank right out of the box.

CHOETECH 10,000mAh Power Bank with built-in USB-C and Lightning Cable
Using a power bank is great; however, getting a cable so that you can charge your phone with the power bank can be a pain; that’s why we’re recommending this CHOETECH portable charger. The charger has a 10,000mAh power capacity, so enough power to charge your Z Flip 3 to full power about two times.
However, the main reason to get this CHOETECH portable charger is that it has two built-in cables; one cable is a USB-C cable, and the other is a Lightning built-in cable. Both of the cables on this power bank use an 18W Power Delivery charging speed; this makes it possible to fast charge Android smartphones and iPhones compatible with the tech. In your case, as long as the power bank is charged, this power bank will always be reliable because it has a cable that is ready to use at all times.
The charger does not have any output ports; it has a USB-C Power Delivery input port to recharge the power bank. The charger has a slim form factor, and once the cables are concealed into the power bank when you’re not using it, it basically becomes the size of a smartphone.

In our review, we were able to charge a laptop via the Power Delivery port, and you’re definitely able to fast charge your Z Flip 3 with the PD port. The USB-A port on this car charger does not use fast charging as it has a 12W output. The charger has a 57W max output that lets you use both ports simultaneously without compromising charging power from either port.
This car charger also comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable, something that many car chargers don’t do.
