VOLTME 65W 3 Port Charger

The VOLTME 65W charger is a well-balanced charger for charging the Surface Laptop 3; the charger has two USB-C ports and a single USB-A port. You can use 65W of Power Delivery from the USB-C 1 or 2 port if you only charge one device. Then, if you’re charging about two or three devices simultaneously, the USB-C 1 port will output 45W of Power Delivery, which can still charge your Surface Laptop while you charge one or more devices. Baseus 100W 4 Port Charger

The Baseus 100W charger does things differently than other 100W four-port chargers because it allocates more power to the USB-C 1 port when charging multiple devices. You can use 100W of Power Delivery from USB-C 1 or 2 ports if you charge one device at a time. However, the best part about the Baseus charger is that even when charging four devices simultaneously, the USB-C 1 port will output 60W of Power Delivery to fast charge the Surface Laptop 3. In my review of the Baseus 100W charger, I could charge my laptop, a power bank, and two phones. The Basues charger does come with a USB-C to USB-C cable in the box. UGREEN Nexode 140W 3 Port Charger

If you’re searching for one of the best ways to futureproof your charging, the UGREEN 140W charger and others like it are good choices. The UGREEN charger can output 140W from USB-C 1 or 100W from USB-C 2 when charging one device, which can fast charge the Surface Laptop 3. What makes 140W chargers worth owning is that when charging three devices from the UGREEN charger, the USB-C 1 port outputs 65W, USB-C 2 outputs 45W, and the USB-A port outputs 22.5W. So when charging three devices, you can still fast your Surface Laptop 3, charge an additional laptop, and fast charge a phone.

NOVOO 67W 2 Port Charger

On the more minimal side is the NOVOO 67W 2 port charger. The NOVOO charger has a USB-A and USB-C port; You can use a total of 67W of Power Delivery via the USB-C port if you only charge one device. During dual charging, the USB-C port outputs 45W, and the USB-A port will output 18W. In reviewing the NOVOO 67W charger, I could charge my laptop and fast charge my Note 9 simultaneously. UGREEN 145W Power Bank

If you want portable power for charging your Surface Laptop 3, no matter where you are, the UGREEN 145W power bank is one of the most useful power banks to own. The UGREEN power bank is better than most other Power Delivery power banks because it has a 145W max output with two USB-C ports and a single USB-A port. The USB-C port on the UGREEN power bank always has a 100W charging speed, so you can always charge your Surface Laptop 3 if you have another one or two devices charging.

Also, you can even charge another laptop while charging your Surface because if you charge via the USB-C 1 and 2 ports only, the USB-C 2 port can still output 45W. To recharge the power bank the fastest, I did some testing in my review of the UGREEN 145W power bank and found the USB-C 1 port to have a faster 65W recharge speed, while the USB-C 2 port only had a 45W recharge rate. Powdeom 150W mini Power Station

The option to use the original charger that came with your Surface Laptop 3 or a USB-C port is possible with the Powdeom 150W mini power station. The Powdeom power station is on the lower cost side because of its lower capacity. Still, you can use your original Surface Connect charger with the 150W AC outlet on the power station, and if you don’t have your original charger, you can opt to use the 65W Power Delivery USB-C port on the power station. Baseus 160W Car Charger

As strange as it sounds, you can charge your Surface Laptop 3 while you drive as long as you have a powerful enough PD car charger. The Baseus 160W car charger is the only car charger you will ever need because it has two USB-C ports and a single USB-A port, with USB-C 1 being able to output 100W of Power Delivery. So you can fast charge your Surface Laptop 3 while driving. In my review for the Baseus 160W car charger, I could use 100W of Power Delivery to recharge my Excitrus power bank. Final thoughts about my choice of Chargers for the Surface Laptop 3

The Surface Laptop 3 is powerful and portable, but its battery can be drained quickly. The Surface Connect charger in the box is a nifty product because of its smart design that won’t pull the whole laptop if the cable gets pulled. However, how you can charge from the Surface Connect port is limited, and USB-C charging is more accessible in terms of the charger you can use. You can choose between a minimal charger such as VOLTME 65W or go higher on the power output and ports with the Baseus 100W charger; that is the best part about USB-C charging.
