Best Power Banks for Lenovo Laptops in 2024

(Last Updated On: January 11, 2024)

When selecting a laptop, numerous brands have excellent specifications to consider. Top brands like Apple, Dell, and LG often offer higher prices. Our recommendation? Lenovo laptops. They offer comparable specs to higher-end brands but at more affordable prices. While there are compromises, such as display quality, Lenovo laptops are excellent for work purposes, especially given that most models now support USB-C Power Delivery charging.

We at Charger Harbor recently reviewed the Lenovo Flex 5, a standout model featuring 16GB of DDR4 RAM, a replaceable SSD, and an AMD Ryzen 4500U processor. Its combination of high-quality specs, compact and slim design for easy portability, and convenient charging make it a top choice. If you’re frequently on the move, pairing your Lenovo laptop with a power bank is essential. This guide will focus on power banks compatible with Lenovo laptops, particularly those supporting USB-C Power Delivery charging.

Baseus 65W PD 20,000mAh Power Bank

The first power bank I recommend is this Baseus 65W power bank. The charger has a USB-C Power Delivery port, and if you’re charging a single device at a time, the USB-C port can output 65W of Power Delivery. A 65W charge rate can fast charge most Lenovo laptops. This power bank’s other two output ports are USB-A Quick Charge ports.

The charging output of the USB-C PD port does change when you’re charging multiple devices at the same time. If you’re charging two devices simultaneously, the USB-C port will output 45W, which is still enough power to charge your Lenovo laptop. However, if you’re charging three devices, the USB-C PD output is 20W, and a 20W Power Delivery charge rate is too low for charging a Lenovo laptop.

So, if you’re charging your laptop alone or have just one other device charging, you’ll be good. Recharging for this Baseus power bank is done from either the USB-C or the Micro-USB port; I recommend using the USB-C port to recharge the power bank 60W, but you will need a 60W PD charger. The Micro-USB port only has an 18W recharge speed. A USB-C to USB-C cable is included in the box.

This Baseus power bank has a 20,000mAh capacity that can charge most Lenovo laptops to full power about one time and possibly two times, depending on what laptop you have. Discover more about this Baseus power bank in my detailed review article.

INIU B63 65W 25,000mAh Power Bank

The INIU B63 power bank is another 65W power bank I recommend. This INIU power bank also has a 65W USB-C Power Delivery port, so you can fast charge your Lenovo laptop. The charger also has a 30W USB-C PD port and a 22.5W USB-A Quick Charge port. You can recharge the power bank at 45W from the 65W USB-C port.

This INIU power bank also has a 25,000mAh capacity, higher than the previous Baseus power bank I mentioned. So you can get a single full charge for your Lenovo laptop and possibly one more if that’s the only device you’re charging with it.

The box includes a USB-C to USB-C cable and a USB-C to USB-A charging cable. A wall charger is not included in the box. Check out my full review or video for an in-depth look at the INIU B63 power bank.

Powdeom 155Wh Power Station

Recommending a power station for charging your Lenovo laptop may be overboard, but not for this one. This Powdeom 155Wh power station is one of the simplest power stations I’ve reviewed, and because of that, the unit is small, lightweight, and priced low. The 155Wh capacity enables you to charge your Lenovo laptop a few times before recharging the power station.

There are two ways to charge your Lenovo laptop from this power station; you can either use the AC outlet with the original charger that came with your Lenovo laptop, so you know the exact way that charging works, and you’re getting optimal charging power for your laptop. You can also use the 65W USB-C port to charge your laptop.

This Powdeom power station can be recharged with the included DC adapter, or you can recharge via the 65W USB-C PD port. For more insights on the Powdeom power station, read my review article or watch my video review.

Baseus Blade 100W PD Power Bank

One other Baseus power bank I wanted to recommend is this Baseus Blade. This is called the Blade because the slim form makes it easy to hold, although the power bank likely won’t fit into our pocket.

On the charging side, this Baseus power bank has two USB-C ports that can output 100W of Power Delivery, but they can’t output 100W of PD simultaneously, only once at a time. There are also two USB-A Quick Charge ports. 100W of Power Delivery can fast charge nearly every Lenovo laptop out there. You can recharge the Basus Blade at 65W with a 65W PD charger or higher.

Another special design feature of this power bank other than its thin form factor is its display at the top that shows the amperage and voltage, which is the charging speed of the device you’re charging. Learn more about the Baseus Blade in my comprehensive review article or video.

Fanttik T8 Max 100W PD Jump Starter Power Bank

It feels pretty odd to recommend a portable jump starter for charging your laptop, but I have to make an exception for this Fanttik T8 Max jump starter because this power bank has a 100W Power Delivery USB-C port. It’s strange for a jump starter to have such a powerful USB-C port, but I welcome it. The USB-C port can output 100W of Power Delivery to your Lenovo laptop and can be used to recharge the power bank at 100W. You must provide your own 100W PD wall charger because the jump starter comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable, a car charging cable and jumper cables, but not a wall charger.

Of course, along with being able to charge your Lenovo laptop, you can jump-start your car in case your battery is too weak. You can start most vehicles with a 3000A peak current if they use a 12V battery. Also, I do have to note that since this is a jump starter, it’s larger than a regular power bank. Crave PowerPack 50,000mAh 60W Power Bank

This Crave PowerPack power bank is one of the highest-capacity power banks I’ve ever reviewed. The Crave power bank has a 50,000mAh capacity, a ton of power that can last for days, even when charging your Lenovo laptop.

Charging is done from the 60W USB-C Power Delivery port, 18W USB-C port, and the two USB-A Quick Charge ports. The 60W USB-C port is the one that you will want to use to charge your Lenovo laptop, while the other ports can be used to fast charge phones and tablets simultaneously.

The box includes a 45W Power Delivery wall charger and a USB-C to USB-C cable; you can use both to recharge the power bank at 45W right out of the box. Read my full review for more on the Crave PowerPack power bank.
