Best Power Banks for Samsung Galaxy A52 in 2024

(Last Updated On: January 16, 2024)

The Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, a solid budget phone from its time, is still a great choice today. Whether you already own one or are considering getting it, it’s a smart decision. Even older budget models like this can compete with today’s high-end phones from brands like Samsung and Apple, which often have features that aren’t necessarily groundbreaking.

The A52 5G is still relevant with its decent specifications and a large 4,500mAh battery. However, you might find the battery draining during the day. If you’re a new or long-time owner of the Galaxy A52, I have selected some power banks that are ideal for this phone. It’s worth noting that the A52 supports 25W PPS (Programmable Power Supply) fast charging, and some of the power banks in this guide are equipped with this feature.

iWalk LinkPod USB-C Power Bank

If you’re searching for one of the simplest power banks, the iWalk LinkPod USB-C power bank is a great choice. This iWalk power bank has a 4,800mAh battery that can charge the Galaxy A52 to full power at least once. This is the power bank you can have on you when you need a charge throughout the day, but it will need to be recharged after you use it. The iWalk power bank also has a USB-C connector that you can plug directly into your Galaxy A52, and the connector has a 20W Power Delivery charging speed, so you can fast charge your A52. The same USB-C connector can be used to recharge the power bank by plugging it into a USB-C port.

In my review of the iWalk LinkPod USB-C power bank, I could perform pass-through charging, which means I could charge my Note 9 and recharge the power bank simultaneously. This iWalk power bank also has a USB-C port for recharging. For an in-depth analysis of this compact and efficient power bank, watch my video review.

Baseus 65W Power Bank

The Baesus 65W power bank is one of the few that features PPS via its USB-C port. However, you can only use the PPS from the USB-C port on this power bank when charging your Galaxy A52 alone. The regular Power Delivery output from the USB-C port is 65W, which can charge most USB-C chargeable laptops. The USB-C port can output 20W of Power Delivery if you charge three devices simultaneously. So you can superfast charge your Galaxy A52 alone and still fast charge it when charging additional devices.

This Baseus power bank also has a 20,000mAh battery that can charge the Galaxy A52 to full power about three times. In my review of the Baseus 65W power bank, I could recharge the power bank at 60W via a USB-C port, which is much faster than using the micro-USB input port for recharging.

ROMOSS PEA30 30,000mAh Power Bank

The ROMOSS PEA30 power bank is a good choice if you want a large battery that can last for a few days without needing to be recharged; this ROMOSS PEA30 power bank has a 30,000mAh battery that can charge the Galaxy A52 to full power about four times if it’s only the devices that you’re charging with the power bank. Fast charging is also possible with this ROMOSS power bank having a 30W PD USB-C and two USB-A ports. For more rapid charging, you should charge your Galaxy A52 alone because, in my review of the ROMOSS PEA30, charging did slow down when I charged multiple devices. iWalk LinkPod Y2 Power Bank

This iWalk LinkPod Y2 power bank is an upgraded version of the previous iWalk charger I mentioned. This LinkPod Y2 version has a large 9,600mAh battery and a built-in cable. The 9,600mAh battery can charge the Galaxy A52 to full power once, and you may have spare power to use later. The charging from the built-in USB-C cable is 18W of Power Delivery, and you can recharge the power bank via the built-in cable by plugging it into a wall charger. In my review of the iWalk LinkPod Y2 power bank, I got about a 20W recharge speed using the USB-C built-in cable and the USB-C port on the power bank. I’ve explored the features and performance of this sleek power bank in my new video review.

PowerAdd Pro 20W Power Bank

The PowerAdd Pro 20W power bank is one of the most affordable and plain smartphone power banks you can own. This charger has a 10,000mAh battery, perfect for charging the Galaxy A52 to full power about once and still having a little power to use later. The 20W Power Delivery USB-C port can fast charge the Galaxy A52, and there is a USB port to charge another device. In my review of the PowerAdd Pro 20W power bank, I found the slim form factor to be the icing on the cake on top of the charging power. Check out my video review to see how this versatile power bank performs in real-world scenarios.

Final thoughts about my choice of Power Banks for the Galaxy A52

The Samsung Galaxy A52 is still a great phone, and that says a lot, as it’s been some time since the release of the A52. It may not have all the high-end spaces that the latest flagship phones have, but for most consumers, it is enough. Most consumers may not even know that the A52 exists because Samsung doesn’t push their budget phones as hard as their more expensive high-end ones. Portable charging for the Galaxy A52 can be whatever you want it to be; you can go with an iWalk LinkPod power bank that has a built-in cable and a small size, or a ROMOSS PEA30 power bank that has a massive battery, larger but is still portable.
