In general, power banks are useful for charging electronics that are growing fast because many people need a portable power source that they can take anywhere.
With that said, one of the most used types of power banks are ones that are extremely small and are also lightweight. Some argue that portable chargers with low power capacities are pretty much useless because they don’t last very long, but then there’s a lot of people that think these power banks are the apex of portable charging because of how portable they are.
This the Stalion Saver C3 Power bank that has a very low power capacity and that’s makes it very small, as it has the same form factor and dimensions as other power banks with the same power capacity. Let’s see what it has to offer in addition to its exceptional portability.

Power Capacity:
The power capacity of this Stalion Saver C3 power bank is nothing impressive because it has 3,200mAh of power capacity.
The charger has a single USB port with a charging speed of 5V/1.0A and that means the power bank is going to have an average conversion rate most of the time. If you’re charging a device that charges slower than 5V/1.0A, then there’s a chance that you’re able to get more Output power capacity.
3.7 x 3,200 = 11,840 / 5 = 2,368
Stalion Saver C3 Power Bank (Output Power Capacity = 2,368mAh) | Phone Capacity | Stalion Saver C3 Power Bank Left Over Power Capacity after One Charge Number of Full Charges for the Device |
|
---|---|---|---|
iPhone SE | 2,368mAh | 1,624mAh | 744mAh Left Over 1.4 Full Charges |
iPhone 6 | 2,368mAh | 1,810mAh | 558mAh Left Over 1.3 Full Charges |
iPhone 6 Plus | 2,368mAh | 2,915mAh | You need 571mAh More for a Full Recharge |
iPhone 6s | 2,368mAh | 1,715mAh | 653mAh Left Over 1.3 Full Charges |
iPhone 6s Plus | 2,368mAh | 2,750mAh | You need 382mAh More for a Full Recharge |
Samsung Galaxy S6 | 2,368mAh | 2,550mAh | You need 182mAh More for a Full Recharge |
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge | 2,368mAh | 2,600mAh | You need 232mAh More for a Full Recharge |
Samsung Galaxy S7 | 2,368mAh | 3,000mAh | You need 632mAh More for a Full Recharge |
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge | 2,368mAh | 3,600mAh | You need 1232mAh More for a Full Recharge |
Apple iPad Mini 2 | 2,368mAh | 6,470mAh | You need 4,102mAh More for a Full Recharge |
Apple iPad Mini 4 | 2,368mAh | 5,124mAh | You need 2,756mAh More for a Full Recharge |
Most of the time you’re going to be setting an Output power capacity of 2,368mAh that you can use and this power capacity is going to be useful for charging smartphones and the similar device only.
The reason that I say that is because a 2,368mAh capacity can charge most smartphones such as an iPhone SE or iPhone 7 to full power only once and the power bank might have just a little bit of leftover capacity.
However, some smartphones are not able to charge to full power with this power bank such as the Samsung Galaxy S8 with its 3,000mAh power capacity or the Google Pixel with its 2,770mAh capacity.
Those smartphones can at least charge near their full capacity though. Also, it’s pretty much futile to charge a power bank with this Stalion charger because it can only charge tablets about a quarter of the way through and then the power bank requires recharging.
Output Charging:
The charging speed is quite similar to lots of other Mini power banks such as Anker’s popular PowerCore+ Mini and RAVPower’s Luster Mini power bank.
What I mean by that is charging is quite slow at 5V/1.0A. A 1 Amp charging speed is most likely not going to charge most smartphones at their max charging speed, especially if you’re charging a new smartphone.
With that said, a 1 Amp speed is better than a speed that’s only in the Mili Amp range because there are indeed Mini power banks that don’t even have a full Amperage of speed.
For the most part, the Stalion C3 power bank has a common charging speed that won’t get you charged up as fast as possible but it’ll get the job done while you’re charging on-the-go.
Input Charging:
The power bank uses a Micro-USB Input port for recharging that has an Input charging speed of 5V/1.0A. You must use a 1 Amp USB wall charger or higher to recharge the power bank as its max charge rate and that results in a full recharge within just 3.5 hours.

Design
Size and Weight:
The size and weight of the power bank are the best part of this charger because it’s a very compact power bank that can be taken anywhere, which is possible because of its very low power capacity.
It has a length of about 4.5 inches and a width/thickness of about 1 inch. As a result, this Stalion power bank can fit into your pocket or you can just hold it in your hand while you charge your smartphone. It weighs only 2.4 ounces.
Functional Components:
There are only 3 functional parts with this power bank and they’re all on a single side of the power bank. The 3 functional parts include the power button that is also a power capacity display, a USB output port, and a Micro-USB input port.
The power button must be pressed to begin charging.
The power capacity button has three main lights and they all mean different things.
Blue LED Light: This means that charging is happening to your devices
Green LED Light: This means that the Stalion Saver C3 power bank is fully recharged
Red LED Light: This is means the Saver C3 is recharging
Build
Structure and Material:
The Stalion Saver C3 power bank has a pretty good build quality because it has an Aluminum shell that has been drop tested, so it can survive falls. Another thing is that it uses very few pieces to make itself whole, so the charger has a strong structure.
Tech:
On the tech side, it uses all the necessary safety protections to keep charging safe for you and your devices. It uses a single LG battery cell which is great because LG batteries have been known for offering better conversion of energy and they also have better longevity by having the battery retain more of its capacity in the long-term.
Reliability
On the reliable side, the power bank is as reliable as it can get for a Mini power bank. Mini power banks don’t have too many strong capabilities, however, this one does a good job of providing an optimal powering output to give you a good charging experience while you’re on the go.
It’s just important to know that if you own a smartphone with a 2,500mAh+ battery capacity. Then this power bank will not charge it to full power, but it will get pretty close. Also charging isn’t the fastest.
With that said, this Stalion Saver C3 power bank is what Mini power banks are supposed to be which is offering just enough power capacity and charging power so that you can charge your device efficiently while you’re on-the-go.
Summary:
Power:
The power capacity is enough to charge most smartphones to their full power, however, not all smartphones are going to be able to charge to their full power with this power bank. Charging speed is pretty good but not the fastest.
Design:
The design of this charger is one of its best aspects because it’s a very small power bank and it’s also very lightweight.
The power button has to be pressed to begin charging and it has 3 LED lights to tell what’s going on with it. Although, a couple of LED dots would have been more useful.
Build:
The build quality of this power bank is good because it uses an Aluminum shell that has been drop tested and the use of an LG battery ensures longevity for the power bank.
Reliability:
The power bank is as reliable as it gets when it comes to a bare minimum of Mini power banks. Since it has just enough power to charge a smartphone to full power and a charging speed at a single amp.
Specs of the Stalion Saver C3 Power Bank:
- Power Capacity: 3,200mAh
- Output: 5V/1.0A
- Input: 5V/1.0A Via Micro-USB Input
