If you’ve read our many other reviews for high capacity portable chargers, then you probably know what to expect from them.

High capacity power banks are supposed to use more than average powering capabilities and this goes for the amount of charging ports that they use and the power behind those charging ports as well.

Of course, the size of these high-capacity devices can’t be changed because if you want a high power capacity then there either needs to be lots of batteries or larger batteries to provide a large amount of power.

This is the Swees 25,600mAh power bank. It’s available in the UK Amazon market and we’ve gotta say that we’re impressed by what it’s capable of even though it looks rather large.

Power Capacity:

In most cases when a power bank has a large power capacity like this Swees one has an initial power capacity of 25,600mAh, then the power bank will be using lots of charging ports. In this case, this one is using 3 charging ports, each port can Output 5V/2.1A and the Max Output of the charger is 4.5A.

Also, another thing to take into account is that it uses Lithium Polymer batteries, which is highly understandable because it makes the portable charger more slim and portable.

With all those things, the Output power capacity of the power bank can change quite a lot or little depending on how you’re using it. For this review, we’re assuming that you’re going to be using 2 charging ports most of the time and using an overall Output power of 4.2 Amps.

It’s with this kind of use that’s going to result in the Output power capacity being about 21,000mAh.

Power Capacity for Smartphones

Even though the Output power capacity is a few thousand down than what you’d normally receive, it’s still a lot of power that can be utilized to charge small and large devices alike. You’ll be able to charge smartphones 5 times or more and this goes even for the larger battery capacity smartphones like the Galaxy S7 and Google Pixel smartphones.

Power Capacity for Tablets

If you’re planning on purchasing this power bank then you’re also probably thinking of charging larger capacity devices like tablets and well you’re in luck because the Swees power bank will be able to charge Mini tablets about 3 times over with a full charge.

It can even charge Full-Sized tablets about 1.5 times. For the most part, this power bank is going to be able to last you for days, weeks, and maybe even a month if you’re using it scarcely. Reliable and long-lasting power right where you need it.

Output Charging:

Immediately after the high power capacity, the charging experience with this portable charger is the best thing, because it has 3 charging ports and each of the charging ports has a pretty fast speed that’ll be able to charge most devices at their max charging speed or near it.

USB Ports:

Each of the USB ports can Output a 5V/2.1A charging rate, and that’s close to a Max standard charging speed of 5V/2.4A. It’ll be able to charge Non-Quick Charge and USB-C compatible devices at their max charging speeds,

Since those kinds of devices that use USB-C and Quick Charge can charge their fastest with their respective charging technology, and this power bank does not feature that.

With that said, 2.1 Amps per port is a lot better than just a single amp and along with the Max Output of 4.5A, your experience with charging is going to be near the top tier.

Mainly because even when you’re charging 3 devices at the same time, and the power bank is being pushed to its charging limits, the charging speed of each of the charging ports is going to be 1.5A.

So it’s still above just a single amp, and it should be noted that at that point, you should probably only have smartphones charging. Since charging tablets at 1.5A is going to charge them slowly.

For the most part, the charging speeds are good, it’s just that you have to limit what devices you’re charging at certain times. 2 tablets at one time should be the limit to ensure that you’re getting the fastest charging for them.

Input Charging:

Even though the power capacity and Output charging capabilities are amazing, the recharging is highly disappointing because the power bank only uses a single Micro-USB Input port that has a recharge speed of 5V/2.0A.

So if you’re using a 2 Amp wall charger, the power bank will be able to recharge fully within 13 hours.

Size and Weight:

It’s surprisingly not that large and you can hold it in a single hand if you wanted to. With that said, it’s the weight that makes this power bank larger than it is.

It has a length of 5.9 inches, a width of 4.2 inches, and a thickness of 0.6 inches. So it’s small and even quite thin since it uses Polymer batteries. However, being thin doesn’t mean much when the power bank weighs 1 pound and that means most of the time you’re going to be setting it down to use it.

Functional Components:

Designed for many other power banks that are easy to use, this one has most of the functional pieces on just a single side. On the short side is where you’ll find the 3 USB Output charging ports, a Micro-USB Input port and 4 Blue LED power capacity indicators. The power button is on the long side of the charger.

Charging automatically starts when you connect a device to a charging port and that leaves the power button with the main functionality of checking the power capacity.

Build

Structure and Material:

The entirety of the portable is made of plastic but the build quality is exceptionally well because all of the pieces are put together perfectly. With that said, you shouldn’t drop it or treat it roughly because the weight of the charger can inflict damage to it since it produces more shock if it drops.

Tech:

With a portable charger that has this many charging ports and a high power capacity as it has, the Swees power bank takes advantage of lots of safety tech to keep the powerful charging experience constant.

Reliability

If you plan on charging multiple devices at the same time and to charge them at fast charging speeds, then this power bank can do that.

Sure, the charging speed can wane if you’re pushing it with charging 3 devices at once. However, even when it’s being pushed to its limits, each of the charging ports can deliver a charging speed above 1.5A.

The power capacity is plenty even with the Output power capacity being lower than the initial one, which results in the power bank being able to charge most devices multiple times over, and this is true even for larger capacity devices like tablets.

Size is manageable but the weight is the part that makes this power bank seem larger than it is.

Summary:

Power:

The power capacity is enough to quite possibly charge all the mobile devices that you own multiple times. 3 charging ports allow you to not only charge 3 devices at the same time but to also charge them at fast charging speeds. At least for the ones that are standard charging devices.

Design:

It’s small and but heavy, so it’s not the kind of power bank that you carry around with you and charge your devices.

Build:

Structural and Tech build quality is what you’d expect from portable chargers that are this large.

Reliability:

Of course, it’s reliable with its large power capacity, lots of charging options, and fast charging. It’s just a matter of deciding if it’s enough for you.
