Overall, you’re really going to be able to use about 15,000mAh of power capacity to charge your devices. This is still a fair amount and can charge most smartphones that feature Power Delivery with 3,000mAh of battery capacity about five times to their full power. Charging larger devices such as tablets and laptops, which is the way that most users will use this power bank for, will result in fewer charges because of larger batteries on those devices.

That said, you should still be able to get about two full charges for something like a MacBook or a Chromebook.

Output Charging:

The charging from this power bank can be done from two ways.

USB-C Power Delivery Port

 

The first charging method is the main reason that you’re going to be purchasing this power bank in the first place; which would be the USB-C Power Delivery port. The Power Delivery charging speed on most Power Delivery portable chargers is 30W, which is still a lot of power, but that’s not the limit, and this Zendure power bank goes further.

As the Power Delivery port on this power bank has a 45W output, and this is very useful if you have a laptop or tablet that requires that much power to charge. Or if a certain device can charge faster with 45W, than it can with 30W. There are laptops on the market that require a certain amount of Power Delivery power to charge and if the power is lower than the minimum then they simply won’t charge.

One laptop would be the Razer Blade Stealth laptop, which requires a 45W charging speed, so a regular 30W Power Delivery charger won’t charge it. However, this Zendure power bank will. So if you need more than your average Power Delivery charging speed, then this Zendure power bank is definitely the way to go.

Of course, charging Power Delivery compatible smartphones is also possible with this power bank and it will charge them at their max charging speed. You can also charge the iPhone X and iPhone 8 at Power Delivery speeds (max speed) if you use a Lightning to USB-C charging cable, as both of them are actually Power Delivery compatible.

USB-A Port:

The other output port on this power bank is the USB-A port, which is more of a universal port that you can use while you’re charging your Power Delivery compatible device. This port has a standard charging speed of 5V/2.4A, which is still quite fast in terms of standard charging.

Input Charging:

There are two ports that you can use to recharge this power bank. There’s a Micro-USB input port that has a recharge speed of 5V/2.4A. While the other input and with the faster recharging option is the USB-C Power Delivery port that you can use to recharge this Zendure power bank at its max charging speed. However, to recharge this power bank at Power Delivery speeds you’re going to have to use a Power Delivery wall charger, which is something that this power bank does not come with. Design

Size and Weight:

The size of a high capacity power bank is always going to be larger than low capacity ones, and it’s definitely the case with Power Delivery portable chargers in general. With this power bank having a length of 6.4 inches, a width of 3.1 inches, and a thickness of 0.9 inches. The weight of the charger is 13.1 Ounces. You can still take this power bank anywhere that you want, it’s just unlikely that you’ll be placing this charger into your pocket, and most of the time you’re just going to be placing the power bank down and charging your devices.

Functional Components:

When it comes to actually using his power bank, it’s very simple.

All the ports are on a single side, and the two other functioning parts of this power bank are on the long side, The two other parts are the four Blue LED power capacity indicators and the power button. To actually start charging your devices, you have to press the power button.

Structure and Material:

One the tech side, this charger does get a little warm if you’re using the Power Delivery charging for a long duration. Other than that, the charger is very stable during charging.

Reliability

This Zendure Power Delivery power bank definitely opens doors to charge more Power Delivery compatible devices at a fast charging speed, that is, if they require the faster-charging speed. It’s also useful for charging another device at the same time with its USB-A port. That said, if you don’t need the extra 15W of charging power with the Power Delivery charging, then it’s best to go for a 30W Power Delivery portable charger.
