As for fast charging the iPhone X, iPhone 8, or the iPhone XS? Unfortunately, this wireless charger does not support iPhone fast wireless charging. So even if you’re using a Quick Charge wall charge with it, iPhones will receive a 5W charging speed. Instead of a 7.5W charging rate that they would receive with a fast wireless charger.

Also, all other Qi-compatible Android smartphones will receive a 5W charging speed.

Input Charging:

As we mentioned before, to get the fast wireless charging speed for Samsung smartphones, you must use a Quick Charge wall charger to power it.

The wireless charging stand makes use of a Micro-USB input port, but the good news is that the wireless charger comes with a Micro-USB cable. It does not, however, come with a Quick Charge wall charger.

Design

Size and Weight:

Much like other wireless chargers on the market, this charging stand is going to go great with nearly any desktop set-up that you’ve got going.

When you can place a smartphone on the charger to actually charge, the light flickers green, or it stays on for about 15 seconds once your phone is fully charged and then turns off.

Build

Structure and Material:

The build quality of the charger is nearly all plastic and that’s basically what you can expect from most chargers on the market.

The base is the heaviest and thickest portion of the charger.

Tech:

If you’re fast wirelessly charging a Samsung smartphone at 10W for a long duration of time, then yes, the charger does get a little warm. However, when it comes to standard wireless charging at 5W, then the charger does not exhibit any overheating.

Reliability

The reliability of the charger is going to be the best for Samsung smartphone owners, you can use the fast wireless charging that this RAVPower charger has to offer.

Sure, other Andriod smartphones will also benefit from using this wireless charger, too, but they will receive a 5W charging speed. But that will be the case for other fast wireless chargers, too. With this wireless charger, you get the stand form factor that makes it more reliable for using your smartphone while it charges.

However, when it comes to charging an iPhone X, iPhone 8, or iPhone XS, then this charger isn’t the most reliable, as it won’t provide a 7.5W charging speed. Rather a 5W standard charging speed.

Also, in regards to the reliability to what the wireless charger actually comes with; it does not come with Quick Charge wall charger, so therefore, unless you have a Quick Charge wall charger yourself, you can’t use the full power of the wireless charger out of the box.

The charging power is great for Samsung smartphones as it features fast wireless charging speed for them.
