I’ve already reviewed JisuLife’s handheld Pro1S fan, and that turned out to be impressive because the fan was small, yet it could output so much air. This type of innovation to make smaller but still powerful fans is awesome to see because no matter where you are, you can keep cool in a warm environment.
In this review, I’m looking at another one JisuLife’s fans; this time, it’s their Neck Fan Pro1 mode. It’s exactly what it sounds like, with this being a fan around the neck. Let’s take a closer look.
Performance
So what you get in the box with this JisuLife Neck Fan Pro 1 is a USB-C to USB-C charging cable and the manual.
In terms of air power, air comes out of four air ducts, and the fan speed goes from 1% to 100%. So when it comes to keeping you cool, it’s important to remember that this is a fan, not an AC unit. It simply blows air up and tends to reach you and your face. The cooling factor for this neck fan will be most noticeable on non-windy days or at least on low-wind days.
At what fan level is the cooling the best? Well, in my opinion, I found the cooling and noise level to be acceptable at around 30% to 50%. This Pro1 neck fan can get loud at higher levels; even though JisuLife claims that the fan runs at 46dB, this is still air coming out of the fan right next to your ears.
Higher fan speed tends to drown out the noise around you, and if you’re hanging out with family or friends, you’ll have to keep the fan speed on the lower end to have a conversation. If you want the max amount of cooling with the fan, the 100% fan speed is useful, but once again, you’ll likely only want to keep it at full power for a limited time. The overall cooling abilities of the fan and its design of it are well thought out, and it can be effective anywhere from 70° F to 80° F.
If you’re getting into the hotter days, such as when it’s 90° F, then this neck fan won’t be able to do much because it’s just a neck fan. It’s meant to keep you cool from the neck up, and on those very hot days, this won’t exactly get the job done, and that’s fine, but it can do its best and is better than nothing.
The Pro 1 fan has a 5,000mAh battery that can deliver nearly 16 hours of runtime, but that depends on what level you have the fan on.

Design
The JisuLife Neck Fan Pro1 is a neat-looking device with a slim form factor and only weighs 11 ounces. You can change the angle of the fan, so you can have it tight or loose around your neck. You could wear this fan while exercising by having it tight around your neck; however, I wouldn’t want to wear a neck fan while I’m working out, but it could work.
I think the design of this neck fan is more meant for leisurely activities.
A power button is off to the side to turn on the fan, and a screen shows the fan speed next to the button. On the other side, the dial adjusts the fan speed. This neck fan does have a USB-C port for recharging, and the max recharge rate is about 10W.
Conclusion
The JisuLife Neck Fan Pro 1 is a useful portable type of fan, better than a handheld in some cases. This type of fan will be useful on those warm to hot days, but it has limits on those very hot days. You can get a lot of air out of the neck fan, but you also have to account for the noise, and overall, I find it to be a good product with limits.
