USB-C Power Delivery wall chargers are everywhere at this point. That’s because most portable devices are compatible with USB-C charging; even if you have an iPhone, you can charge it using a USB-C to Lightning cable. If you are traveling overseas and still want a powerful wall charger, one with adapters for different countries may be very helpful.

I’m looking at this ALOGIC 67W Multi-Country GaN charger in this review. Certain travel adapters have built-in plug-ins for other countries, but this ALOGIC one is unique because it’s an actual wall charger that uses separate adapters. You’re likely getting more charging power in this case and still able to fast charge your USB-C phone, tablet, or laptop. Let’s take a closer look.

Charging Power

So the charging speed from this ALOGIC wall charger is nothing too incredible, it’s not breaking any records, but you will be able to fast charge most of your devices, especially if you’re traveling internationally.

There are two USB-C ports and a single USB-A port on his charger. The USB-A and the USB-C 1 port share a 15W charging speed, while the USB-C 2 port has a 67W charge rate, which changes depending on how many devices you’re charging. If a device charges from USB-C 1 or the USB-A port, the output from USB-C 2 drops from 67W to 47W.

In my testing, I started by charging a Lenovo Flex 5 laptop from the USB-C 2 port, which was able to charge at about 30W, which was its max charging speed. With the Lenovo laptop still charging, I plugged a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 into the USB-C 1 port and an LG G7 into the USB-A port. My Lenovo laptop could still charge at about 30W, while the two phones are standard charged from the USB-C 1 and USB-A ports. So you can still charge a laptop and two phones simultaneously with this wall charger.

For my next test, I kept my Galaxy Note 9 and LG G7 plugged in but plugged in an Excitrus power bank to the USB-C 2 port. The Excitrus power bank was recharging at about 46W, with the two phones charging, and this shows the power split to be exactly what the charger specs say.

For a full-on test, I charged the Excitrus power bank alone from the USB-C 2 port, and it could charge at the full 67W. Overall, the charging power from this ALOGIC wall charger is excellent and will be more than enough for most needs.

Size and Weight

The size of this charger is small, with a length of 2.2 inches, a width of 2 inches, and a thickness of 1.1 inches; this charger can easily be placed into a handbag. Of course, if you’re going to be traveling with this charger, it has a travel pouch that can fit all the interchangeable plugs and carry the charger itself.

Functional Components

This is just like using any other charger, all you have to do is plug it into a wall outlet, and you’re ready to use it.

The main difference here is that you get an EU, UK, and AUS adapter that can be used in different countries. Using these travel adapters is done simply by having the built-in adapter on the charger folded in, and you slide one of the adapters onto the plug, and you’re ready to use it.

Build Quality

The build quality of this charger is strong, and the included adapters are also built well and seem like they will perform well for your travels.

Reliability

If you’re traveling internationally to a country that uses different outlets, you will need this ALOGIC wall charger with three different adapters. If not this ALOGIC one, well, you’re still going to need one, and since you’re here reading this review, you already know this ALOGIC wall charger has a 67W Power Delivery output and is useful for fast charging laptops, phones, and tablets no matter where you are on the planet.

Conclusion

The ALOGIC Rapid Power 67W Mult-Country GaN charger is a reliable and powerful charger you can take around the planet while traveling. It has easy-to-use adapters, and charging power is excellent for many devices.
