Best Power Banks for Lenovo Legion Go in 2024

(Last Updated On: January 2, 2024)

The Lenovo Legion Go is a notable entrant in the portable gaming console market, boasting features like an 8-inch QHD+ display and an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor for enhanced performance. Similar to the Nintendo Switch, it features detachable controllers. Despite its larger battery compared to competitors like the Steam Deck, battery drain remains an issue due to its high-end specs. This guide recommends power banks with at least 65W Power Delivery output for those seeking alternatives to wall chargers suitable for charging the Legion Go.

UGREEN 145W 25,000mAh Power Bank

The first power bank I recommend for charging your Lenovo Legion Go is the UGREEN 145W power bank. This is one of the most powerful power banks I have reviewed because this charger has a max output of 145W, and the power allocation is impressive among the three ports. This UGREEN power bank has two USB-C ports and a single USB-A port. The USB-C 1 port can output 100W of Power Delivery, the C-2 port can output 45W, and the USB-A port can output 18W.

The C-1 port can output 100W of Power Delivery at all times, no matter how many devices you charge at once; the better part is that you can charge the Legion Go from USB-C 1 and still use 45W of Power Delivery from C-2 on this power bank. So dual USB-C charging lets you fast charge your Legion Go while also being able to charge a laptop from the USB-C 2 port simultaneously; most power banks can’t do this.

Also, if you’re charging three devices simultaneously, the C-1 port continues to output 100W, while the USB-C 2 and the USB-A ports share a 15W output. The 25,000mAh battery capacity of this UGREEN power bank is massive enough to add many hours of gaming time to the Legion; you may not need to recharge this UGREEN power bank for a few days.

When recharging the UGREEN 145W power bank, you should use the USB-C 1 port because it has a 60W recharge rate, while the C-2 port has a 45W recharge rate. Also, just a heads up, this power bank does not come with a wall charger, so you have to provide your own, but it does come with a USB-C to USB-C cable. Baseus Blade 100W Power Bank

This Baseus Blade power bank is one of the market’s most popular Power Delivery power banks. This is likely because the charger has a 100W Power Delivery USB-C port that can be used to fast charge your Legion Go. There are two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports on this Baseus Blade power bank, but you can only use 100W of Power Delivery from a single USB-C port at a time if you’re charging one device. So, if you want to charge your Legion Go from this Baseus Blade power bank, I recommend charging it alone for the best charging speed.

The two USB-A ports can output 30W. The 20,000mAh battery capacity of this Baseus Blade power bank can add many hours of runtime to the Legion Go. Generally, a 20,000mAh battery capacity is the range that most power banks are in within this guide.

This Baseus Blade power bank has a different design than other power banks because this charger has a screen at the top that shows the charging speed, so you can see just how fast your Legion Go is charging. PowDeom 150W Mini Power Station

If you want to use the original charger with your Legion Go, I recommend using a mini power station. The Powdeom 150W mini power station isn’t very large and not too pricy either, yet this power station still has room for an AC outlet that you can use to plug in the Legion Go’s original charger. This power station also has a 60W Power Delivery USB-C port that can charge the Legion Go directly but may not deliver optimal charging power. Get a comprehensive look at this power station in my review article or watch my PowDeom 150W Mini Power Station video review.

STATIK 65W 20,000mAh Power Bank

This STATIK 65W power bank is from a newer brand, but it can charge your Legion Go with its 65W Power Delivery USB-C port. However, the one downside to this STATIK power bank is that you can only use the 65W of Power Delivery if you’re charging your Legion Go alone; if you charge multiple devices at the same time, then the max output of the power bank only becomes 15W, and you can’t charge your Legion Go.

When it comes to recharging, there are three input ports, but I would say that you should ignore the Lightning and Micro-USB input ports and use the USB-C port to recharge the power bank with a 65W or higher PD wall charger. Baseus 65W 20,000mAh Power Bank

Another  Baseus power bank I wanted to recommend is this 65W one. This charger has three output ports, including the USB-C port and two USB-A ports. You can use the total 65W of Power Delivery if you’re charging one device at a time via the USB-C port if you’re charging two devices at the same time with this power bank, then the USB-C port outputs 45W, and then three devices charging causes the USB-C port to output 20W. So, to charge your Lenovo Legion, I recommend charging it alone from the USB-C port on this Baseus power bank. INIU B63 65W 25,000mAh Power Bank

The INIU B63 power bank is another 65W power bank that would work well for charging the Lenovo Legion Go. The charger has a 25,000mAh battery capacity, higher than some of the other power banks I’ve mentioned in this guide so that you can get a longer gaming runtime with your Legion Go. The power bank has two USB-C ports; one has a 65W Power Delivery output, and the other has a 30W Power Delivery output. You would use the 65W port to charge your Legion Go, and there is also a USB-A port. The max recharge rate of this power bank is 60W, so I recommend using a 60W wall charger or higher to get the fastest recharge rate to refill the massive 25,000mAh battery capacity.
