The smartphone market has evolved significantly, making it challenging to distinguish the best phones. Samsung and Apple are the industry leaders, but their phones are also among the most expensive. It’s worth considering smaller brands like Motorola for high-quality alternatives. The Motorola Edge+ 2023 model is a prime example of what a flagship phone should offer.
The Motorola Edge+ is equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which is also used in the Galaxy S23. In addition to this high-end processor, it includes many features common in other Android phones but at a more affordable price compared to other premium smartphones. A notable advantage of the Motorola Edge+ is that it includes a charger in the box, a benefit not offered by Samsung or Apple.
For those who might have misplaced the original 68W charger that comes with the Motorola Edge+, I have selected a few charger options in this guide that are ideal for charging the Motorola Edge+. Let’s take a look at these alternatives.
NOVOO 67W Dual Port PD Charger
The first charger I wanted to recommend is this NOVOO 67W charger. The charger has a USB-C and a USB-A port, and you can use a total of 67W of Power Delivery from the USB-C port when charging a single device. This comes close to the maximum charging speed of the Motorola Edge+.
The USB-C port drops to a 45W charge rate for dual charging, and the USB-A port has an 18W charging speed. So, charging power does drop for your Edge+ phone, but you can charge an additional device, which you cannot do with the original charger. VOLTME 140W 3 Port GaN III PD Charger
One of the most all-around types of chargers you can use for nearly any of your USB-C chargeable devices, this VOLTME 140W charger has tons of power. You can use the total 140W of PD from USB-C 1 when charging a single device; that’s more than enough for charging the Motorola Edge+.
What matters most is that even when charging from USB-C 1 and USB-C 2 simultaneously, the two ports can output 65W; this means you can fast charge your Edge+ phone while also fast charging a laptop. Charging three devices allows the USB-C 1 port to output 65W, letting you fast charge your phone.

Unitek 100W PD Charger
Maybe a little too many charging ports, this Unitek 100W charger has four charging ports and can be reliable if you want more ports to charge from while also fast charging your Motorola Edge+. What matters most for this charger is that USB-C 1 will be the best way to fast charge your phone, whether charging alone or if you have other devices charging.
Charging two devices at the same time does cause the USB-C 1 PD output to drop from 100W to 65W while charging three or four devices simultaneously results in a 45W PD output. You do have to pay attention to the power allocation of this charger, but overall, having four ports to charge from is more convenient than a single port. KOVOL 65W Dual Port USB-C Charger
On the more minimal side, there’s this KOVOL 65W charger. You can use a total of 65W of Power Delivery when charging a single from the USB-C port, but when charging from the USB-C port and the USB-A port, there is a 45W and 18W power split. In this case, you can charge your Edge+ phone at nearly its maximum speed when charging alone but have the option of charging another device from the USB-A port, which will result in slower charging. INIU 25,000mAh 65W PD Power Bank
The battery life of the Motorola Edge+ 2023 model is very good. The phone has some great software to make the battery last long, sure, but it’s also because of the 5,100mAh battery it has. The phone is a powerhouse, and you may run low on power if you use it daily.
That’s why I’d recommend using an INIU 25,000mAh power bank to charge it; the power bank has a 25,000mAh capacity that can charge up the Motorola Edge+ to full power about two times. The better part of this power bank is its 65W Power Delivery port that lets you fast charge the Edge+ near its max charging speed. iWALK LinkPod Y2 USB-C Mini Power Bank
The iWalk LinkPod Y2 power bank is much lighter on the power side since it has a 9,600mAh battery capacity. You’ll be able to charge the Edge+ to full power from this power bank at least once and have some spare capacity to use later.
The LinkPod Y2 power bank also has a built-in USB-C cable that makes the charger always reliable to use as long as you have it charged; this way, you don’t even need your cable to use the power bank. You can even recharge the power bank using the built-in cable by simply plugging it into a wall charger via a USB-C port.

Baseus 65W USB-C Car Charger
If you want to fast charge your Motorola Edge+ while driving, this Baseus car charger is perfect. The car charger has a 65W max output that you can use from the USB-C port. Dual charging from the USB-C and USB-A ports causes the USB-C port to output 45W and the USB-A port to output 18W. The car charger does come with a cable.
