Best HP Chromebook 14 chargers in 2024

(Last Updated On: December 16, 2023)

As powerful and easily portable as laptops are nowadays, one of the most useful features is USB-C charging. USB-C charging has enabled the ability to use the same charger to charge your phone and your laptop. The HP Chromebook 14 has a charger in the box, but it can be limited to only charging a single device.

In this guide, I’m covering chargers that you can use to charge your HP Chromebook 14 that may have more charging ports that can let you charge other devices while you also charge your Chromebook. Also, just a heads up, the Chromebook 14 requires you to use at least a 45W PD charger for the laptop to charge, so I’m recommending high-output chargers.

UGREEN Nexode 100W 4 Port Charger

The first charger I recommend for charging your HP Chormebook 14 is this UGREEN Nexode 100W 4 port charger. The charger has three USB-C ports and a single USB-A port; the maximum output of this charger is 100W. You can use 100W of Power Delivery if you charge a single USB-C 1 or 2 device. However, what matters most is that even if you’re charging four devices simultaneously, the USB-C 1 port can still output 45W of Power Delivery; this makes it possible to charge your Chromebook 14 while you charge another three devices simultaneously. Read my review article or watch my video review of the UGREEN Nexode 100W 4 Port Charger.

UGREEN Nexode 45W 2 Port Charger

This UGREEN charger is minimal because it has a 45W max output and features two USB-C ports. You can use the total 45W of Power Delivery if you’re charging one device at a time; this makes it possible to charge your Chromebook 14. That said, when it comes to dual charging, you won’t be able to charge your Chromebook because each port outputs 25W and 20W. That said, this charger is useful if you want to charge two phones simultaneously and also want to be able to charge your Chromebook 14 alone. Explore the UGREEN Nexode 45W 2 Port Charger in my detailed review article or video review.

Baseus 100W 4 Port Charger

This Baseus 100W charger is similar to the previous UGREEN 100W charger I recommended. This charger has two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports, and you can use a total of 100W of Power Delivery from C-1 or two if you’re charging one device at a time. What’s different about this Baseus charger compared to other 100W four-port chargers, it can output 60W of Power Delivery from its USB-C 1 port when charging four devices simultaneously. Most 4-port chargers can only output 45W from their C-1 port when you charge four devices, but this one uses more charging power.

This charger does come with a USB-C to USB-C cable. Discover more about the Baseus 100W 4 Port Charger in my comprehensive review article or video review.

VOLTME 140W 3 Port Charger

If you want to charge two HP Chromebook 14 laptops simultaneously, or perhaps your Chromebook and another laptop, 140W chargers are the way to go. This VOLTME 140W charger has a 140W max output. You can use 140W of Power Delivery from C-1 if you charge one device or 100W from C-2. The most impressive part about this charger is when you’re charging three devices simultaneously, C-1 will output 65W, C-2 will output 45W, and the USB-A port always outputs 22.5W. This makes it possible to charge two laptops with a single wall charger. Check out my in-depth analysis of the VOLTME 140W 3 Port Charger in my review article or video review.

UGREEN 300W 5 Port Charging Station

Yes, you will probably not want this charger based on the price, but this UGREEN 300W 4 port charging station is one of the most powerful chargers on the market. The charger has a max output of 300W and features four USB-C and USB-A ports. Based on the power allocation in my full review for this charger, you can charge three laptops at the same time if you want to, so you have family or friends that also want to charge their laptop while you charge yours, this is an excellent choice as the limit of power is so high. Just a reminder, though, it is a bit pricy. Learn more about the UGREEN 300W 5 Port Charging Station by reading my review or watching my video.

UGREEN 145W 25,000mAh Power Bank

If you want a power bank to charge your HP Chromebook 14, this UGREEN 145W power bank is one of the most powerful PD power banks I have reviewed. This power bank has a 145W max output, and you can use the total 100W of Power Delivery from C-1 and 45W from C-2 port simultaneously. When charging three devices simultaneously with this power bank, C-1 outputs 100W, so you can always charge your Chromebook 14 no matter how many other devices you charge. The 25,000mAh battery capacity of this power bank is enough to charge the Chromebook 14 to full power and still have spare capacity to use later. Baseus 160W Car Charger

If you want to charge your HP Chromebook 14 while driving, this Baseus 160W car charger is the only one you will need for a while, as this car charger has a 160W max output. You can use the total 160W max output simultaneously, with the C-1 port outputting 100W, the C-2 outputting 30W, and the USB-A port outputting 30W. This car charger does come with a USB-C to USB-C cable. See my full review article or video for insights on the Baseus 160W Car Charger.
