A notable upgrade is the Pro 8’s 120Hz display, providing a smoother user experience. However, this high refresh rate may reduce battery life. Another Baseus power bank I want to recommend is this Baseus Blade; the charger is exactly what it sounds like, with a slim form factor. The more impressive part is that the Baseus Blade has a 100W Power Delivery output from either of its two USB-C ports. The charger also has two USB-A Quick Charge ports.
So you can charge your Surface Pro 8 at its maximum speed with its power bank. The max recharging speed is 65W, so I recommend using a 65W wall charger to recharge the power bank. The 20,000mAh capacity is a decent amount to keep the Pro 8 charged for many hours. The design of this Baseus power bank is unique because it has a screen at the top that shows the voltage and amperage that your Pro 8 is currently charging at; not many other power banks show these types of stats.

INIU B63 65W 25,000mAh PD Power Bank
This INIU 65W power bank is very similar to the previous Baseus power bank I recommend because this one also has a 65W Power Delivery port. Additionally, this charger has a 30W USB-C PD port and a USB-A 22.5W Quick Charge port. So you can fast charge your Surface Pro 8 while fast charging other devices simultaneously.
The 25,000mAh capacity of this INIU power bank is more than enough to charge the Surface Pro 8 to full power about one time and still have spare power to use later. The box with the INIU power bank includes a USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cable.

Fanttik 2000 Amp Portable Jump Starter with 65W USB-C Power Delivery
Recommending a portable jump starter is unusual because a jump-starter power bank usually doesn’t have a strong enough Power Delivery port for charging laptops. We’re recommending this one, the Fanttik jump-starter because it does have a strong enough Power Delivery port.
Surprisingly, the Fanttik power bank has a 65W USB-C Power Delivery port and a USB-A Quick Charge port. As I said, most jump-starter power banks don’t have such powerful USB-C ports; in our tests, we could charge a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 laptop with the 65W PD port from this power bank, so it will be able to charge your Surface Pro 8.
The power bank does have a 20,000mAh power capacity that fits into charging your Surface Pro 8. There’s also the feature of this power bank being able to jump-start most vehicles with a 2000 Amp Peak current. I know the main reason to purchase this power bank is for jump-starting cars, in case you ever need to, but using such a powerful USB-C PD port is incredibly rare that having this power bank as your daily charger is possible.
